Soldotna Library Board Vacancy The City of Soldotna has an immediate opening on the Soldotna Library Board.   The Library Board reviews operational policies and procedures relating to the public library or services offered by the library. The duties of the Library Board are defined in Soldotna Municipal Code 2.50.020.   Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 177 N.
