Envision Soldotna 2030 is the City of Soldotna's new Comprehensive Plan.

In summary this plan is :

• A statement of the City’s development goals, objectives, policies and criteria for growth;
• A decision-making tool to help the Planning Commission and the City Council evaluate proposals for new land use with respect to the City’s development goals;
• A means to identify, prioritize and plan capital improvement projects;
• A guide to coordinate and cooperate with the eff orts of other public and semi-public agencies; and,
• The framework for zoning plans, ordinances and other regulations designed as tools to implement the goals of the comprehensive plan.
