Notice of Work Session Soldotna City Council The Soldotna City Council will hold a work session to discuss Soldotna's 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. The regular City Council Meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.   The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 177 N.
